EVERY PROJECT DONE BY RISE COATINGS IS INDIVIDUALLY WARRANTIED.

At Rise Coatings, we take pride in delivering high-performance polished concrete and concrete coating systems.
This Limited Warranty outlines the coverage, limitations, and responsibilities related to your installation.
1. Warranty Coverage
• Peeling or delamination caused by material failure.
• Adhesion failure due to improper installation.
• Manufacturer defects in applied coating products.
• Workmanship defects under normal residential or commercial use.
2. Customer Negligence (Not Covered)
• Hot tire transfer, tire burn, or friction damage.
• Spilled grease, oil, fuel, transmission fluid, battery acid, brake fluid, or corrosive chemicals.
• Lack of regular cleaning and maintenance.• Excessive heat exposure or excessive use.
• Mechanical scrubbing equipment, abrasive pads, or harsh cleaning agents.
• Dragging heavy equipment or impact damage.
• Rust transfer from metal objects placed directly on surface.
3. Rust & Mat Policy
• Metal objects must have protective barriers to prevent rust transfer.
• Only breathable, absorbent mats are permitted.
• Non-breathable or non-absorbent mats may cause discoloration not covered under warranty.
4. Conditions Not Covered
• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic scratches or gloss changes.
• Concrete cracks from structural movement.
• Moisture vapor transmission exceeding slab tolerances.
• Acts of God including flooding, fire, or earthquake.
• Damage caused by third-party contractors.
5. Maintenance Requirements
• Follow Rise Coatings Floor Care & Maintenance Guide.
• Use pH-neutral cleaners only.
• Avoid bleach, ammonia, citrus, degreasers, steam or pressure washing.
• Clean spills promptly.
6. Non-Transferable Warranty
• This warranty applies only to the property owner at time of contracting.
• The warranty is non-transferable.
7. Warranty Claim Procedure
• Submit written notice with photos.
• Allow inspection by Rise Coatings.
• If approved, repair or replacement will be performed at company discretion.
• Repairs do not extend original warranty term.
8. Non-Warranty Repairs
• Repairs outside warranty will be billed for product and labor costs.
• Exact color or flake blend matching cannot be guaranteed.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement.
• Rise Coatings is not liable for loss of use, business interruption, or consequential damages.
